Enables the yellow busy LED to flash whenever a secure (encrypted) voice call is received, and will continue to flash as long as the current voice activity is secure. The yellow busy LED will flash under these conditions regardless of whether the specific radio can unmute the voice signal. This feature applies for the current Trunking System.
